Just like a vehicle needs an oil change to continue operating at peak efficiency and avoid breakdowns, your air conditioning system needs maintenance to do the same. A/C Tune Up
  • Examine and tighten all electrical connections
  • Clean outdoor condenser
  • Remove interior debris
  • Monitor and record refrigerant pressures
  • Adjust refrigerant charge if required
  • Test defrost controls if applicable
  • Monitor and record all voltage and amperage
  • Check disconnect and whip for safety
  • Replace any missing cabinet screws
  • Replace any tubing insulation if needed
Heater Tune-Up
  • Examine and tighten all electrical connections
  • Confirm proper operations
  • Clean and level thermostat
  • Replace standard filter
  • Clean indoor blower assembly
  • Dust off registers where accessible
  • Test and record voltage and amperage of indoor motor
  • Test and record voltage and amperage of heat strips
  • Test and inspect indoor controls for proper operation
  • Purge and sanitize condensate line or pump
  • Inspect ductwork
  • Test and record temperature rise
